Delivery & Shipping

The majority of our items are printed to order and we offer a wide variety of sizes and colours, so delivery can take up to 14 working days. This is because it is impossible for us to hold all colours and sizes in stock and have to order in. In most cases we would expect to ship to you within 7 working days and if the item is in stock, it should be sooner.

Items that are in stock and do not require personalisation will normally be despatched within 72 hours.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions upon checkout you are also agreeing to the processing terms, once your order has been acknowledged we are unable to accept cancellations.

Delivery

Most of our items are dispatched with Royal Mail, the delivery time and method with be dependant on the selection at checkout. All items are sent for using a tracked service and may require a signature.

Due to relying on a third party to deliver your goods we are unable to take any responsibility for delivery delays or strikes that occur with our carrier, please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Customs and Import Duty

Please note that if you are purchasing items from outside the European Union, you may be liable to import duty. This is something that is beyond our control and for which we cannot be held liable. If in doubt, please check with the appropriate authorities before ordering.
